Archival Fonds Inventories (Inwentarze Zespołów Archiwalnych); the inventory is the primary finding aid for described fonds, providing the archival unit call number, the title, the documentation start and end dates, an external description, the condition of the documentation, the medium, language and type of writing, the number of cards or pages, the format, previous call numbers, and notes. Some of the inventories are provided with geographical, personal and subject index terms.
